Review: Here For The Drama by Kate Bromley

Winnie has written a play that she wants her boss, famous playwright Juliette Brassard, to read and give feedback on. When they go to London to help stage one of Juliette’s plays, Winnie has to focus on keeping her boss from annoying the play director too much. On top of that, Winnie has to date men from an online app in order to help Juliette with inspiration for her next play. Then Winnie meets Liam, the attractive nephew of Juliette and sparks fly between them. 
The plot dragged in some places and there was unnecessary drama. The romance was good, but sometimes it felt rushed.

The One That Got Away With Murder by Trish Lundy

Lauren and her mother moved away from California to start a new life in Pennsylvania, only to find themselves in more danger. Lauren doesn’t care for the man her mother is engaged to, and she likes his daughter even less. At school, Lauren befriends the Crestmont brothers,Robbie and Trevor. The brothers are social pariahs at school because both of their girlfriends died under suspicious circumstances. Lauren is in a relationship with Robbie and soon she starts questioning whether he is innocent, especially after she finds something from the night his ex-girlfriend died. Soon Lauren will look into what happened to the two girls and discover that danger is closer than she thought. This was an entertaining story. The twist was done well and several people who could have been the killer were introduced and it did keep you guessing who was the killer throughout the story. The first book in a historical fiction series about the six wives of Henry V111, this book is about Katherine of Aragon, his first wife. Katherine was the daughter of Ferdinand and Isabella, the monarchs of a united Spain. Married to a weak Arthur, she endured the court and her new family. When Arthur dies, Katherine had to fight for her future in England and in the royal family.
